What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and password when you create an account.
- Call bookings — the name, email, phone number, subject and preferred time you give us when requesting a call.
- Site usage — which pages are viewed and where visitors arrived from, so we can see what is useful.
Why we use it
To answer your table bookings, to run your account, and to keep the website working and improving. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage. Essential ones keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. Optional ones count page visits. You can choose "Essential only" in the banner at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Who sees your information
Only cafe staff who handle bookings, plus the hosting and database providers that run this website on our behalf. Maps on this site are embedded from Google, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.
How long we keep it
Call bookings are kept for up to 24 months. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or ring us on 020 8883 7523 and we will deal with it within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
